Cruickshank, Stanley Gordon-
Peacefully, at Park Lane Terrace, Paris, on Wednesday October 16, 2013, a longtime resident of Paris, in his 91st year.
Stan was employed with Pride of Paris for over 25 years, and was an avid gardener. He served overseas in WWII with Toronto Scottish Regiment as a gunner in Holland, Germany and France.
Beloved husband to Dorothy (nee Bean); loved dad to Scott (Josie), Don (Trish) and Rob (Kate); cherished papa to Brian (Kiley), Zac, and Dylan and great grandpa to Blake and Brody; dear brother to Norm (Jean). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Isabella, and a brother Ian “Blink” and a sister Mary MacIntosh (Cam).
Cremation has taken place.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Monday October 21, 2013 from 11:30 to 12:30 PM. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 1:00 PM. Interment Paris Cemetery.
