After a brief illness, at Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, June 23, 2013; Stuart John MacPherson of Paris, in his 69th year; husband of the late Linda McKinna (1995); loving father of Shannon (Bryan) Rumble of Brantford, Stacey (Jeffrey) Chartrand of Paris and John (Lauren) MacPherson of Paris; Granddad of Christina, Jordan and Hayley; brother of Barb (Elgin) Jamieson of Cambridge; and brother-in-law of Dennis (Donna) McKinna of Paris. Over the years, especially when his children were growing up, Stu was actively involved in various community activities and programs. Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Paris Cemetery. Donations in Stu's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Brantford General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society.
