Having worked with Verna at Cowans' and her having played at numerous weddings for me, she proved so many times what a great woman she really was. We laughed over crazy things, and she always saw the good in life no matter what the situation. I would even trim her hair a lunch time just because she did not want to waste the time going to a shop, when it only needed to get shortened out of her eyes. She will be missed by many I am sure. Her memories that have been a part of everyone she touched will make this sad time, a little easier to face. May God bless her and her family
