I worked with Charles for 12 years in the Navy League.He believed in good discipline and following the rules. He was always "firm but fair" with the cadets and they admired him. There has to be dozens of young Canadians out there that were influenced by his example. He also provided an island of sound judgement in an organization that could be swayed by emotion. Bravo Zulu, Charlie!
