To the Hibbert family: Your father was always seen in downtown Paris or walking near his home on Ann Street. Our grandson was born on May 25th and he was so kind as to give our daughter a toonie for the new baby - even though he had no idea who she was - what a sweetheart. He will be missed around Paris - he was like a permanent fixture. Stuart's parents, George and Betty Hoard lived at 11 Ann Street since the early 60's so they were neighbours of Eddie and his wife.
