To have known Bill was to have known a man who cared about his family, his friends and his neighbours. As a neighbour, I knew that if ever I needed help, Bill was a phone call away. If I met him along the road, a smile and a wave brightened my day and if he stopped by to chat, a humorous story would be told in a way that only Bill could tell. Bill will be missed but remembered.
