Chesney, Clare
Peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday March 2, 2011, of Cambridge and formerly of R.R. # 3 Bright, in his 79th year.
Clare taught high school for many years in the Waterloo Region as a tech teacher. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He cared for raised racing horses.
Beloved wife to Cecelia Podger; loved friend to Kathryn Beattie (Chris) and Trevor (Andrea) and their children Owen, Ethan, and Ryan. He is also survived by his extended family, friends and former colleagues. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Lloyd Chesney.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Clements RC Church (745 Duke St. Cambridge) on Thursday March 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM. with Father Phil Sherlock celebrant. Interment later Sacred Heart RC Cemetery, Paris.
