Mr Hulley was a teacher Of mine at Bloordale PS. It was around 1962. I was a failing student when I had the good fortune to have this lovely gentleman as my teacher. He helped me gain confidence in math but most importantly in myself. I am 72 now and had a successful career in financial planning which I attribute to him. He told us his home town was Paris and I had hoped to meet him again to thank him. I was very disappointed to find this obituary. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
