I was sorry to learn today that Wayne Hulley died last month. Wayne was a charming prince of a gentleman, a dedicated teacher and a fine school principal.
During my years at Etobicoke Bd. of Ed., he taught a lot of people what they needed to know, and always kept his priorities in the right order.
