He was a fantastic principle...I remember Halloween Mr. Hulley would decorate his office and I mean decorate he went all out to create a spooky yet welcoming environment for us kids to visit. I was so excited when it was my class turn to visit Mr. Hulley A woman dresed up as a witch (can't remember who did this) would escort us down the hall to his office for a little Halloween show that Mr. Hulley who was also dressed up would put on for us then we would all get a small bag of popcorn from the popcorn cart he had in his office...did he always have that popcorn cart in his office?? Rest in peace Mr. Hulley
